Lucie is running away.
When she takes off with her four year old son Milo to a remote fishing village in the far west of France, she thinks she is escaping her abusive partner. But as she finds her feet in the community she begins to see that one person in her life is not the whole story.
Mirrored alongside her, there is a treasure in the bay. A dolphin often appears to the delight of anyone who chances to see it. Yet beneath the waters, the creature has its own fears. To the human onlookers, it plays alongside the men who work the boats, but in reality the dolphin faces the same demons as Lucie.
